I’ve been calling on True Blue for just around a year now; for repairs, service, and even an installation. They definitely delivered top-notch quality from the moment I call their office and speak with Kim who is pleasantly attentive, to the moment our tech Kayne shows up to get us going. Not only does the True Blue team deliver the best quality results, they truly make me feel like my call is a priority and show up fast!I recently had an issue with a part that went bad on a system that is under warranty- while other companies would have put me on the back burner because they aren’t making money on a warranty call, they showed up first thing the following morning. Not to mention we are in the peak of the hot summer days so I’m sure they have an overabundance of calls.
